PURPOSE:  To create a positive climate amoung faculty and staff at MJHS.

GOALS: 
- Listen to concerns of faculty / staff.
- Lend a hand to anyone whose in need.
- Motivate faculty / staff
- Serve as liaison between administrators, faculty, and staff
- Serve as mentors to new teachers.
- Collaborate positive ideas with admin,faculty, and staff.
- Serve as a hospitality committee.
- Support team for all faculty / staff.
- Meet with administrators to discuss problems / concerns.
